Before Care

The Before Care Program for students in Nursery through Kindergarten is located at The Saint Nicholas Center at 527 Clinton St and begins at 7:30 AM. Parents/caregivers can drop off students at the front entrance. At 8:15 AM, children are brought to their classrooms. Please note: Any student dropped off before 8:15 AM will be billed for the Before Care Program.

The Before Care Program for students in Grades 1-8 is located at 707 Washington St. and begins at 7:30 AM. Parents/caregivers can drop off students at the front desk. Children are escorted to their classrooms at 8:05 AM for the start of the school day. Please note: Any student dropped off before 8:00 AM will be billed for the Before Care Program.

Please be advised that a late payment fee will apply if monthly payment is not received by the Due Date. 

We offer a 10% Discount for each sibling in the program.

Registration opens annually in mid- August.

After School

Our After School Program is available to students in Nursery through Fourth Grades. Students in Middle School attend Middle School Study Hall Monday-Friday until 4:30 PM and/or Middle School Hangout Thursday-Friday until 5:40 PM. They may join the After School program after this program (more details can be found under the section "Middle School Hangout" in the Parent Handbook). Students in Nursery through Kindergarten will attend the program After School Program at the St. Nicholas Center and students in Grades 1-4 will attend the After School Program at 707 Washington Street.

The After School Program is open to the broader community for Nursery through Grade 4, but priority is given to the students at All Saints. Please note that students from other schools must register in advance before using the program. Students from other schools are eligible to register for a full year program or register for a day to day hourly schedule and must provide their anticipated days of weekly usage. In accordance with All Saints' Safety Plan students from other schools may not drop in for single use of the program and will be turned away if they do so. Families must register in advance, no later than Thursday, September 1. Mid-year registrants will be considered as space allows. Please call the school if you wish to register after the deadline.

The After School Program begins at the end of regular dismissal. All Saints students are escorted to the After School Program by their teachers, and students from other schools are walked to 707 Washington St. or 527 Clinton St. Please note that families from other schools must make their own arrangements for having their children brought to All Saints. The latest pick-up is 6:30 PM.  Please be advised that a $50.00 surcharge will apply if child is picked up after 6:30 PM. The After School Program will operate every school day in accordance with the All Saints Episcopal Day School Calendar. The After School Program is also available on Early Release days, with supervision beginning at dismissal time (for All Saints’ students only), where noted on the school calendar.  Families will be billed on a monthly basis.  If payment is not received by the Due Date, a $25.00 "Late Payment Fee" will apply.  We offer a 10% Discount for each sibling in the program.

Grade level programs are tailored to the developmental needs of students. Younger students have time for gross motor play, snack, stories and other engaging activities, while older students begin their session with supervised homework time, followed by snack and various recreational activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and games. Families who plan on using the After School Program should send their children with an extra snack for the afternoon, in accordance with All Saints’ Sweets & Treats Policy as well as our Food Allergy Policy (details on both of these policies can be found in the Parent Handbook).

Parents/caregivers must sign-out their child/children at the time of pick-up.  Any student not signed out, will be billed for the entire afternoon session."

Before and After School Program Rates

The 2017-2018 Before Care and After School Rates for ASEDS and Non-ASEDS students are as follows:

Hourly ASEDS Students:           $11.50
Hourly Non-ASEDS Students:     $14.00

Annual ASEDS Before Care:       $875
Annual ASEDS After School:       $3,250
Annual Non-ASEDS After School: $4,050

 
Policies & Procedures
Families not paying annually will be billed each month for time used, in one hour increments.

Any All Saints student not picked up at their dismissal time will automatically be placed in the After School Program at the family’s expense.

The After School Program ends promptly at 6:30 PM. No exceptions to this rule will be made. Any student picked up after the 6:30 PM. closing will be billed a late surcharge of $50.00.

Bills will be mailed monthly for time used the previous month. Billing will be done in one hour increments. All payments must be made by the due date shown on the invoice or a late fee of $20.00 per month will be charged. If you fall behind in payments by more than one month, your child/children may not be allowed to attend the Before/After School Programs until the fees are paid.

Parent/Caregivers must sign-out their child/children at the time of pick-up.  Any student not signed out will be billed for the entire afternoon session.

All Saints reserves the right to exclude any child who presents continual disruptive behavior or non-compliance with school policies or personnel.

Students will be dismissed only to those persons designated on the authorized pick up list (unless otherwise noted). Please ensure that your list remains up-to-date.

Divorced or Separated Parents/Shared Custody please note that any usage of the Before and After School Programs for the purposes of billing, scheduling of usage, and authorized pickup, should be resolved by arrangements made between the parents, without involvement of the school, as per the policy found in the Parent Handbook.

Attendance for students from other schools will be considered as space allows.
