Thank you for your interest in All Saints Episcopal Day School, a diverse community committed to academic excellence and social responsibility for students from Nursery to Grade 8. I hope that you enjoy exploring our website and I welcome you to join us during a visiting day to learn about the program first-hand.
I am often asked what types of students and families thrive in the All Saints Episcopal Day School community. While we strive to admit students from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, a few things remain constant in our culture.
All Saints students are eager to take their learning beyond the books, and they like to be engaged and involved. They understand the importance of achievement and how that differs from competition. They are comfortable with and proud of their abilities while at the same time are able to be respectful, caring, giving, and patient. All Saints students are well-rounded independent thinkers who are confident in their skills and talents and understand the value of a job well done. They appreciate a broad world view and are articulate. Finally, All Saints Students are ahead of the game academically and have learned to be critical and flexible thinkers who are thoughtful, reflective, creative and grounded.
At All Saints we are all on the same page. Everything that we expose the children to has an educational purpose and there is a continuity of curriculum across all aspects of the students’ day. The message that our students receive from parents and staff members regarding our academic expectations is clear, consistent and deep. They understand that these expectations are high and that they are required to take responsibility for their own learning and advancement.
I hope to meet you in person soon. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about All Saints Episcopal Day School or the admissions process.
