Application Overview


Thank you for your interest in All Saints Episcopal Day School.  We are currently accepting applications for select grade levels for the 2020-2021 school year.  Please submit an online inquiry or contact the Admissions Office at (201) 792-6292 for more details.

Applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be available in early September, 2020.

Early Application Process

September 3:  Online application available
December 1:   Applications due
January 2:      All required forms due (including Supporting Documents)
January 3:      Financial Aid applications due
February 1:    Notification Date
February 15:  Signed contract and nonrefundable $1500 placement fee required to secure enrollment

Early applications are considered subject to space availability.

Standard Application Process

Applications received after January 2 will be considered on a rolling basis.

Age Requirements

Students must be three years old by September 1 of the year that they start Nursery. This September 1 cut off date policy stands until Third Grade, when we will consider applicants who miss the cut off. 

Parent Interview and Student Observations

Once an application is received you will be contacted to schedule a parent-only interview with our Director of Admissions. A student observation will also be scheduled and is conducted by the grade-appropriate teacher.

Supporting Documents

For applicants who have attended formal academic, daycare, or enrichment programs (whether part-time or full-time), the following supporting documents are required:

   Head of School Recommendation
   Teacher Recommendation (Grades Nursery-1)
   Teacher Recommendation (Grades 2-8)
   Available school records as indicated on the Release of Records Form

Recommendations and school records are confidential and must be conveyed directly from school to school, whether electronically (to or by mail.
